Date of birth:

I have a track record of over 15 years experience of working in the Internet/New Media industry working for a wide variety of companies from small agencies to large global corporates. My initial focus was on the design and development of solutions but soon switched to leadership roles where I led multidisciplinary teams to develop multimedia applications, online campaigns, web sites and desktop software. In recent years my role has become business orientated, recently responsible for running tsoosayLabs and launching ShopWindoz. My key area of strength is the ability to define effective business and product strategies and then to motivate and lead teams to deliver extraordinary results. I am fascinated by the social aspect of the web and the impact 'web 2.0' is having on peoples' behaviour online, and believe new business models will emerge soon that will monetise this. I am married with two daughters and live in Berlin.

Strengths:

  • Defining new business models for the web
  • New product innovation and ideation
  • Creation of business plans and performance metrics
  • Managing all aspects of business operations including finance, legal etc.
  • Building, mentoring and managing high-performance teams
  • Ongoing product management of platforms and services
  • Strong knowledge of online European consumer markets and landscape
  • Deep understanding of web technologies and trends
  • Experience of iterative design and agile software development processes
